Harry Loutzenheiser was born in Uniontown, Stark County, Ohio om October 14, 1931, the son of Lindon and Elina (Lawrence) Loutzenheiser. He died peacefully at home with his loving wife in Casa Grande, Arizona on May 3, 2025, and is in heaven with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Harry married his high school sweetheart, Lois Dulabaum, and they were blessed to have a son, Timothy Alan Loutzenheiser, born on April 30, 1958.
Because of Harry’s poor health, the family moved from Ohio to Casa Grande in November 1964.
Until he retired from MiCasa Builders of Casa Grande, Harry was known as the finest finish carpenter in Casa Grande.
Harry built houses nearly all his adult life, building his first house when he was 19 years old, and his second home to share with his bride when they were married. Sadly, his childhood sweetheart died in February 1988.
A year later, Harry found another love in his heart. He was a very humble, compassionate, and gentle man, always putting others first. And he had a great sense of humor which drew the attention of Luella Mae Waldo Templin, who fell in love with him and became Harry’s wife in 1989. He always had a smile and a twinkle in his eyes.
Harry was preceded in death by his wife, Lois, his five sisters and his four brothers, and by two grandsons, Timothy Alan and Alay Ray, and by his stepson Christopher Templin.
Harry is survived by his wife of 35 years Luella, his son Timothy Alan, granddaughters Camaeo Rose and Lois Evelyn, two great grandchildren Ethan Noel and Penelope Jo, and by stepchildren Teresa, Tamara, Charles, and Carl, and many step-grandchildren.
Harry and Luella have been long-time members at Victory Baptist Church in Casa Grande, where a memorial service will be held on May 28, 2025, with a viewing at9:30am and the memorial service at 10:00am, with the burial immediately following at Mt View Cemetery.
Services have been entrusted to J. Warren Funeral Services.
