

Monica Raquel Noriega, of Eloy, Arizona, passed away on June 13, 2026.
A woman of immense warmth and a truly bubbly spirit, Monica was known for her outgoing nature and her unwavering willingness to help anyone in need. Her passion for her community was best reflected in her dedicated volunteer work at the Food Pantry, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and generosity.
Monica took great pride in her academic achievements. She earned her Associate of Applied Science from Central Arizona College and later completed her Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University.
While she was committed to her community, Monica was also a person who knew how to enjoy the lighter side of life. A standout softball player in her youth, she maintained that competitive spirit throughout her life. She was often the life of any gathering, known for her ability to make everyone feel included and her love for sharing a good laugh with friends and family. Above all, she was a devoted mother and loyal friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Estella Jimenez Noriega and Paul Noriega. She is survived by her beloved children, Michael Anthony Salcido and Bianca Salcido; her brother, Fernando Noriega; and her sister, Anjelica Noriega-Freeman. Monica leaves behind a legacy of family unity including, a uniquely close and loving bond with Victoria Rodriguez and Reyes Salcido whom she considered family and will miss her dearly.

Viewing: Monday, June 29, at J. Warren Funeral Home in Eloy.
Family visitation: 3:00 PM
Public visitation: 4:00 PM
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, June 30.
Rosary: 9:30 AM
Mass: 10:00 AM
Burial: Thursday, July 2, at 11:00 AM.
