I had the honor of knowing Mike for many years. He was a brilliant analyst and an amazing friend. He spent countless hours educating all of us on trends in the industry and he added value to everything he touched. I remember this one analyst meeting we were conducting when I was with Verizon. I was new in my role and he took the time to seek me out, offer me some words of encouragement and then spent hours pouring over my presentation with me to ensure I had a good showing. He was a kind and wonderful man who I counted as a friend - my heart is breaking for all of you. My condolences Janet Schijns

Mike and I did business over the years. He was one of those people that you knew you could trust his knowledge and his honesty. He was such a good soul. I grieve with you and wish you piece during this difficult time. I admired Mike very much. I wish we had talked about his devotion to the Nazareth Orphanage, my mom grew up in an orphanage.
Peace to you all,
Peter Murray.

I worked alongside Mike for many years as a fellow analyst and it saddens me deeply to hear he has passed. He was a genuinely nice person in any and all interactions that I had with him and I am truly sorry for his family's loss. He will be missed by all.

I had the pleasure to meet Mike at MWCLA two years ago. Brilliant, kind man and generous. I’m tremendously saddened by the news of his passing. I was hoping we had a chance to have our lunch meet up. A missed opportunity that I now regret deeply.

My condolences to the Sapien family. God bless you and keep you in these extraordinarily difficult times.

Mike was my dearest analyst buddy. We always made time to hang out, have coffee, catch up on life and family. I am so sad to hear of his passing, and am in shock. I can still hear his laugh and see his smile. He was so very proud of his family and children/grandchildren. Prayers to the entire family, as you go through this in an even harder time. May God wrap his arms around each of you and provide you comfort. I will never forget how he smiled and lit up the room. Rest in Peace sweet friend!

As everyone here acknowledges Mike was an extraordinary person. So kind, charitable and ready to share a laugh. We met primarily through tennis and when I had back and then hip surgery he always came to visit. I was touched by that and held our friendship dearly. I will miss him a lot. Eileen and I send our love to Debi and his family.

Dear Debbi -

I am so sorry to hear about Mike's passing. I worked with Mike and not only was he a great human being but if I wanted to know the real situation about the technology I would call Mike. Mike was also the best networker that I ever knew.

Mike so loved you and his family. He often talked of you.

My heart goes out to you.
