Scottie too hottie! How lucky I was to get to have you as an uncle! You taught me what good music was, shared your love of Seinfeld and the Simpsons, and always made me watch my head! You were always the guardian of the home and looked out for everyone, especially my mom and your dad. I know you had a lot of battles, but in these last years you really seemed a lot happier and at peace. Thank you for always putting a $10 bill in the Christmas tree for me.

I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother Scott.  I always remember him as a quiet sweet person.  He had a smile for everyone.  

He seemed especially close to your Dad and the last few times I saw them they were always together.

Scott was the first friend I had when we moved to Encinitas in 1969. Scott and I were inseparable until I moved away in 1989. We remained the best of friends forever. Scott would visit me numerous times in every state and city I worked in until I retired 2020.
As time went on, his health deteriorated. We kept in touch through out the years. I visited 2-3 times a year and never missed a beat as best friends, the laughs never stopped. 

I will miss this kind hearted humorous man for the rest of my life. 💔 

  My first time I went with Todd to the Adam home, Todd lived in the bomb shelter under the house and you had to go through a secret passage to get there, when we came back out into his brothers room I heard this loud voice yelling “Louie” and I was tackled.  

   That was my first meeting of Scott, from that day forward I was accepted into the exclusive Louie Kelcher club and I gained 4 brothers 4 sisters and a second set of parents.  

  Scott had a big heart and big tales to tell, I was proud to call him brother, friend  and a good tackle! God blessed us all with this wonderful man, he is missed but never forgotten .

In recent years, Scott was always willing and eager to help with bringing any food needed and helping with any food prep for holidays. He always went out of his way to offer his help, and always would check in the day or morning before a holiday. 

Scott was the birthday rememberer of the family. 

I’m pretty sure my love of thrills came from Scott driving me around in his little red car on dirt roads when I was a kid, and getting it to slide around. 

I’ll never forget the night Scott found Waldo at Cardiff By The Sea!  Rest In Peace Cousin.

It was so good to learn that your last thoughts on earth were about going to heaven as you were being taken away in the ambulance...

Here’s an early picture of Scott on the mini bike with 8 out of the 10 family members. I believe this is where his love for motocross started. I miss you my brother…
