Terry Hogelucht was a loving father, devoted husband, and cherished friend. He left this world suddenly at the young age 57. Although his time on this earth was cut short, he made an incredible impact on those who were fortunate enough to know him.
As a young boy, Terry was known for his energy, creativity, and tender heart. Growing up on a farm in Iowa, he worked alongside his father to support their family business.” This experience coupled with having a close-knit family, instilled in Terry the values of humility, hard work, integrity, love, faith, and family. He carried these values with him his entire life.
During college, Terry enjoyed being part of a fraternity wherein he made many lifelong friends. His junior year of college, he met the Love of His Life, Kim, on what was her first day of college. Friends describe their love story as one for the ages. They clearly had a love that would withstand the test of time. Following college, the two were married and moved to California. In time, they welcomed three beautiful children. Though life brought challenges their way, the firm foundation they’d laid did not falter but only became stronger.
During his time on this earth, Terry was blessed with a calling to serve others through his incredible creative skills as a graphic designer. His fun-loving personality combined with his talent and work ethic resulted in long-term clients of more than twenty years. He was known for going above and beyond to meet their design needs.
In his last few weeks, Terry continued to face his battle with courage, positivity, and an unwavering trust in God. May all who knew him be inspired by his love for life and family.
