William Stuart McMillan

Born March 17, 1956, at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Beaufort, South Carolina to the late Lieutenant Colonel William W. McMillan, Jr. USMC (Ret.) and Mary Beth (Van Scoyoc) Morgan.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Karen May McMillan. The following aunts and uncles: Faith (Schmidt) Van Scoyoc, Jerome “Jerry” Normann, Clara Mae (McMillan) Szumetz, Eugene Szumetz, Nancy (Kerns) Van Scoyoc and Gardner Van Scoyoc. Also, the following cousins: Julie Ann Szumetz, Traci Lyn (Szumetz) Spickler and Charles “Chuck” Van Scoyoc.

Bill is survived by his brother, Matthew McMillan; stepfather, Commander J. Mark Morgan, USN (Ret.); two stepsisters; Georgia Morgan and Amanda (Glenn) Meyer; step-nephew, Samuel First and special cousin, Marshall (Tara) Szumetz. The following aunts and uncles: Stuart (Dotty) Van Scoyoc and Leah May (Van Scoyoc) Normann. Also, the following cousins: Peter (Marilyn) Van Scoyoc, Kirk (Gretchen) Van Scoyoc, David (Carmen) Van Scoyoc, Cynthia Normann (James) Kreyling, David (Lori) Normann, Brian (MaryJo) Normann, Laura Van Scoyoc and Wayne Van Scoyoc.

A private cremation is planned with a private inurnment to take place at the El Camino Memorial Park, Sorrento Valley, San Diego, California.
