William Richard O'Neill, age 94, of San Marcos, California passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. William was born April 23, 1928.
A visitation for William will be held Tuesday, September 13, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at El Camino Memorial - Encinitas, 340 Melrose Ave, Encinitas, CA 92024. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 11:15 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, SAN DIEGO, CA 92122.
