R.I.P. Arthur....my condolences to your family.
My first memory that immediately comes to mind is when we first met. You came out the front door in Angola and shouted " and who the hell are you?" I was shaking in my clogs 😘
Til we got to know each other 💜☮️

Art once caught me at 5 am returning from fishing on a school night! I thought I was busted! He then taught me how to clean my fish and made me shower before sending me home! Arhtor Millace Sr I will always consider you my grandfather. I love you!
