It is with great sadness that we announce Thomas Charles Madsen passed away on December 6, 2022. He was born in Lewes, Delaware on June 2, 1944 to Alice Hoffman Madsen and Thomas Madsen, Sr. He attended the University of Chicago Lab School and received his MBA from the University of Chicago as well. He leaves his dear wife, Diane Gilbert Madsen, as well as David and Pamela Madsen, his brother and sister-in-law; and Albert, Shirley and Wayne Gilbert, his brothers-in -law and sister-in-law, as well as four nephews and a niece. Tom shared three great passions in life – his beloved wife, his 1977 Corvette,
and his darling Japanese Chin dog, Angel, all of which will miss him
enormously forever. Cremation at Lemon Bay Funeral Home.
