Guy Cummings

CUMMINGS, Guy 70 of Trotwood, passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at the Maria Joseph Living Care Center after a short illness. He was born June 7, 1942 in Marshall County, MS. Guy accepted Christ at an early age and joined Taylor C.M.E Church. Guy is survived by his beloved wife of 25 years, Jennifer (nee Evans) Cummings; daughter JacQueline (Brian) Godwin and grandson Austen Godwin all of Atlanta, GA and siblings Justin Jordan and Ranita L. Dailey of Chicago, IL, Chondra T. Harper of Gary, IN; three sisters, Loucella Shipp of Chicago, IL, Girthereen Lee and Hattie Cummings of Victoria, MS. He also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. There will be a celebration of Guy’s life at 10:30 am, Saturday, August 4, 2012 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 West Wenger Road.
