Jack Frederick Wheeler
October 8, 2018
Jack was just a little boy when his Uncle Bob and I were married in 1959. Jack was a handsome boy with a sweet, engaging smile. He loved it when people told him he looked like his Uncle Bob. He had a charming personality. Over the years Jack continued to look like his Uncle Bob and his delightful, loving, personality never changed. He loved his family. He loved life.
Jack's wonderful spirit will continue to impact the lives of those he loved. I pray that precious memories will bring the family peace and comfort as time goes by.

I want wish Cindy and Jack’s daughters’ peace, strength and prayers at this time. I have many memories with Jack and Robb plenty of good times and laughs as well as some really neat stories. It’s my prayer that Jack is with his Son and Daughters’ peacefully in heaven. I was just thinking of the stories Jack would tell about music, travel, good times & friends Robb always would light up over those captivated. I recall how much Jack loved Jackie but how much he loved his wife, children & grandchildren. I’m glad that I was able to experience some really good moments with Robb & Jack together. I’ve spent Christmas, Thanksgiving so many holidays with their family, I’m forever marked by them and have some very fond memories. I am hearing Jack say right now, “ Let me tell you something…” which always meant there was going to be a really good story with some sort of life lesson attached. I’m offering my deepest condolences to the entire family and Cindy. May you find peace and solace.

I thank God that circumstances allowed me to meet him the very week of his passing. All I know of Jack Wheeler was that he knew how to use laughter as medicine for everything. I stayed laughing!! And he loved his wife and kids more then ANYTHING. I'll treasure that day we got to spend alone and I'll take that conversation we had to the grave. Rest easy in Heaven pops you DESERVE it!!!
