Margaret Ann Colwell

COLWELL, Margaret Ann, age 79 of Brookville, passed away at home on Thursday, December 14, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Bob Colwell; parents, George and Ada Wickersham; eldest son, Rodney Colwell; 5 sisters; and 1 brother. Margaret is survived by her youngest son, Gregory Colwell of Brookville. She will lie down for the last time next to her one love, Bobbie. She grew up as a young girl in Trotwood, then moved to West Dayton. Margaret went to Roosevelt High, then to work at Inland MFG GM where she met a young man straight out of the mountains of KY. The first time Bob asked her on a date, she said she had 3 kids and to go bother someone else. Obviously, that didn’t work; we know the rest of the story. I would like to thank everyone in the family who cared and loved Bob & Margaret over the years. Friends who felt like they had a second home; some even called them Mom & Dad.
