Margaret Sparks Edwards

EDWARDS, Margaret S., 98 of Northridge, passed away peacefully Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Brookhaven Care Center. Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband Fred Edwards in 1979 and her parents John Willis and Anna Margarete (nee Meier) Sparks. She leaves to cherish her memory one niece Cathy Vaspory of Trotwood, great-nephew Brian (Karen) Bean of Englewood, great-great-nephew Devon Bean. She is survived by many nieces and nephews to numerous to mention. Also surviving are her special friend Carol Beaty and neighbors Sally and Betty. Margaret was a jolly ole sole who had an infectious chuckle. She loved gardening, reading, flowers and her pet dogs. She had been a secretary at the Equitable Insurance Company for many years. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME ENGLEWOOD CHAPEL, 675 West Wenger Road, Friday, January 8, 2016 starting at 5 pm, followed by a Celebration of her life at 7 pm.
