Paul G. Gross

GROSS, Paul G., 83 of Gadsden, Alabama, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Maria Joseph Hospice Center, Trotwood, Ohio. He has lived in Clayton, Ohio for the past 4 years while battling cancer. Paul was in Northern Alabama where he lived most of his life before joining the United States Air Force (1951-55). After his sojourn he settled back in Gadsden where he married wife and raised a family. Paul was married for 50 years to his beloved wife Betty Jo Croft who precedes him in death. He was proud of his three children, James of Ohio, Paul of Colorado and Sharla Ann of Georgia. He also leaves to cherish his memory his three siblings, Agnes and Mary of Alabama and John of Washington as well as his many loving grand/great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other friends. Collier-Butler Funeral Home, Gadsden, Alabama is caring for his arrangements as well as the Tobias Funeral Home in Englewood, Ohio. Paul’s family has requested a graveside service at 10:00 am, Tuesday, April 26 at the Rainbow Memorial Gardens, Gadsden, Alabama.
