Ratliff, Wallace "Jerry", age 78 of Trotwood, Ohio, passed away Tuesday at Hospice of Dayton having lost his battle with cancer. He was born in West Virginia, December 1, 1935. Jerry proudly served in the U.S. Army. He later settled in Trotwood with his wife Linda. He retired from the Daimler Chrysler Dayton Thermal Plant in 2001 after 35 years of service. Jerry loved his cars, John Wayne, and photography. He was a good brother, loving husband, loyal friend and all around great guy. He will be missed terribly. Burial services will be Wednesday, August 27th, at 11:00. at the Dayton National Cemetery, 4100 W. Third Street, Dayton.
