Bay Thi Le was born in Vietnam. For 69 years she devoted her life as a homemaker to her family. She was a resident of Escondido, California for over 35 years. On April 11, 2012 she passed away at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido, California. Bay Thi Le leaves behind a host of family and friends who she loved and loved her to cherish her memory forever.
