Eduardo Santos Tiambeng

It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of Eduardo Tiambeng, a devoted husband, cherished father, beloved brother, and proud grandfather, who passed away peacefully on Jan 22, 2025 at the age of 87.

Eduardo was born on Dec 23, 1937 in Bataan, Philippines and lived a life filled with dedication, hard work, and unwavering devotion to his family.

He is survived by his loving wife, Marietta, his children, Pierre, Bernardita, Melani, Omar Ansel, his children-in-law, Beth, James, Dave and Cecille, his grandchildren, Timothy, Alyssa, Jonathan, Matthew, Jessica and Elaine, and his siblings Guillermo (Eming), Felicitas (Fely) and Josefa (Pepa), along with extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.

A celebration of Eduardo’s life will be held on Feb 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM PST at San Rafael Catholic Parish, Rancho Bernardo. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to San Rafael Parish, Rancho Bernardo, CA or St Michael’s Parish, Poway CA, whose lay members regularly visited him at the nursing home facility to give him Holy Communion.

Though he is no longer with us in body, Eduardo's legacy of selflessness and his remarkable spirit will live on in the hearts of those who had the privilege to know him.
