Eileen will be remembered for her love of anything Disney, especially Mickey Mouse. She loved to watch her TV shows and Movies. The mummy movies as well as holiday and lifetime movies. She needed her dose of gossip entertainment keeping up with the "National Enquirer" and "US Weekly. For Eileen Christmas could be celebrated all year long. She has a large collection of Christmas items. She really enjoyed cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.
Eileen is survived by her husband, Jose Macias; her daughter Monica Macias of Escondido, California; her daughter Sylvia Macias of Escondido, California; her daughter Gabriela Macias of Escondido, California; her daughter Yolanda Macias of Escondido, California; her son Jose Macias of Escondido, California; and her son Juan Macias of Escondido, California; her brother Edward Saenz of Escondido, California, her sister Evelyn Saenz of Escondido, California and her brother Ernie Saenz of Escondido, California.
Eileen is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
A celebration of life for Eileen will be held Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Faith Church, 639 East 17th Ave., Escondido, CA.
