Jose will be remembered as a dedicated family and a hardworking businessman. Jose always dreamed of owning his own business. He did in fact from a car dealership, his farms in Mexico, and tax consulting business. Another dream was to build a house for his wife, Maria Carmen. It was in the final stages when Jose passed. Jose enjoyed gardening, cooking, especially carne asada. He would set up family gatherings (parties) at his home and cook the carne asada. As hard working as he was, Jose would find time to enjoy Mexican music, dancing and cooking.
