La Rue was a homemaker, raising seven boys and was a long-time member of Hidden Valley Christian Church.
She is survived by sons, Michael, Jerry, and John Stubblefield, all of Escondido, Ken Stubblefield of San Diego California, David Stubblefield of Silverton Oregon, and Gary Stubblefield of Vista, California; 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, April 13, at Oak Hill Memorial Park in Escondido.
