Marian Denise Smith VoDang, age 50, of ESCONDIDO, California passed away on Friday June 29, 2018. Marian was born March 22, 1968 in San Diego, California to Victor Smith Sr. and Christine (Simpson) Smith. She was married to Tommy Vodang.
Denise had a passion for working with children as a School Counselor for 18 years. She loved to set goals, and once they were accomplished, she would set more goals. Family was very important to Denise, she would spend hours surrounded by family. Her favorite song was "Man In The Mirror" by Michael Jackson., she enjoyed shopping, reading books, anything natural and organic, and she loved waterfalls.
She is survived by her loving husband Tommy, two dogs, Jasmine and Lolita, her mother, and her sister Alicia D. Smith. She was preceded in death by her father, and her brother Victor O. Smith, Jr.
