Robert took enjoyment in cooking (Mexican) food, traveling with his family, reading and fishing. He is considered by many to be a good friend.
Robert is survived by his wife, Perfetua Purchase; his son William Purchase of El Cajon, California; his daughter Tamara Purchase of Oxnard, California; his daughter Tracey Purchase of Maryland; and his son Lucin Purchase of San Diego, California; his brother Wayne Purchase of Washington.
Robert was preceded in death by his sister Cheryl Purchase.
Robert is also survived by 2 grandchildren.
A graveside service for Robert will be held Monday, June 23, 2025 from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122.
