Salvatore M. LaCava

Salvatore M. LaCava, age 75 of Etna, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2015. He was born June 7, 1940 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Peter and Rose LaCava. He was the beloved husband of Geraldine E. (Nassan) LaCava; loving father of Jennifer (Job) Augustine, Michele (Chuck) Gates, Timothy (Connie) Kust and Stephanie (Joe) Galda; he is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Salvatore was a proud veteran of the United States Army. Prior to his retirement, he was employed by Allegheny County as a vocational counselor.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Peter LaCava.

Friends will be received Saturday from 2-4 & 6-8pm in the Ogrodnik-Hahn Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Butler St, Etna, 412-781-0571.
