Joe was of the Lutheran faith. He enjoyed singing hymns and Patsy Cline songs. He liked crocheting blankets.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Roella Rauck.
Joe is survived by his children, Jon Rauck (Kim) and Rebecca Joy Allen; grandchildren, Lilly Rose Rauck and Abi Allen; sisters, Jackie Jarvis and Nellie Chandler (Gary); and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 6, 2026 at Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery- Chapel of Remembrance, 2200 Mesker Park Drive in Evansville, officiated by Rev. Duane Allison.
Friends may visit from 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Alexander Funeral Home West, 2100 West Illinois Street in Evansville. Visitation will continue on Friday from 1:00 pm until service time at the cemetery chapel.
