An affable, very personable guy, always available for friendly conversation. I've known him since Washington Grade School, though he was half a grade ahead of me. I'm sure a great loss to his family, so good tidings to my old friend. Jack Taylor.

To Ed's family. I always enjoyed your fathers humor and conversations while he attended St.Johns East UCC. He was what men should be a nice and good gentleman. Peace be with you.

For a long time, as a child and friend, at St. John's DT and a Bosse High buddy (in Miss Ossenberg's Spanish class), I enjoyed Ed's friendship very much. Peach be with you.
