Allen O. McKinney, 85, of Evansville, IN, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2020, at home. He was born June 3, 1934, in Springfield, TN, to the late Vernon and Callie (Bowman) McKinney.

Allen was an operating engineer and member of Local 181 of Kentucky for 50 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Barbara Barnes (Don); son, Allen Wayne McKinney (Gloria); grandchildren, Lisa, Brenda, Beth, Nathan, and Tony; brother, Thomas McKinney (Betty); sister, Linda Beard; and aunts, Genila, Cora, and Nellie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Jeff Long, with burial in Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Tuesday, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
