Amanda Ann Georges

She was a seamstress and owned her own business, Amanda’s Originals, with her daughter. Amanda was also an Air Force veteran. She was involved in many clubs and enjoyed crossword puzzles, sewing, and being with her friends.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 61 years, Donald Ray “Louie” Georges; brothers, Bud Reinhart and Bill Reinhart; and children, Jane Holland, Tiara Georges, and Todd Georges.

She is survived by her children, Deb Tyring, Sue Harrell (Bob), and Don Georges’ siblings, Martha Jane Doughty, Bob Reinhart, Margaret Dickman, and Cathy Warren; seven grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 3, 2025 at Holy Cross, 305 E. Walnut St. Ft. Branch, IN, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Rd. Evansville, IN.
