Anna Sue Allen

Anna Sue Allen, 90, of Evansville IN went to be with the Lord on March 13, 2019. She is survived by her children, Tonda Elderkin, Shannon Allen, and Jeff Allen. She is also survived by granddaughter, Kristina (Zachary) Killebrew, great-grandson Thomas Killebrew, brothers, George (Fonda) Orr and John (Mary) Orr, as well as many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Allen, parents George M. and Violet Orr, and son Michael Allen. Sue retired after 15 years of working in the medical library at St Mary's Hospital. She loved reading, listening to music, and working crossword puzzles. Many thanks to the staff of Kindred Hospice for their great care. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Dr. Rev. Larry Lewis. Friends may visit from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Vann Avenue Baptist Church.
