

He was a graduate of Mater Dei High School, Class of 1986. He worked for Schott Industries in Vincennes as a Tool Design/Process Engineer. Previously he worked for B & D Mold in Evansville as their CAD designer until their closing. He was a lifelong member of St. James Catholic Church, and coached many various sports teams for his children and their friends. He enjoyed cooking, riding his Harley, and traveling, especially with his parents and their friends, where it was a standing joke that he was invited along to take care of them. He was a devoted father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He will be missed by many.
Andy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Anthony and Mildred Petitjean and Walter and Doris Dosher; niece, Courtney Dixon; godparents, Betty and Earl Derks, and cousin, Cecelia Derks.
He is survived by his children, Philip, Emilee (Ashley Shepherd) of Evansville; parents Herman and Norma Petitjean of Haubstadt; sisters, Amy (Carl) Graff of Wadesville and Ann (Tommy) Dixon of Haubstadt; granddaughter, Jadelynn Petitjean of Evansville; nieces and nephews, Allison and Jackson Graff and Sydney and Jonathan Dixon; special friend, Sarah Will; aunt and uncle, Kathy Dosher and Phillip (Becky) Dosher, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be10:00 AM, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at St. James Catholic Church in Haubstadt, with burial in St. James Catholic Church Cemetery. Friends may visit 2:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, April 1, 2016, at Alexander North Chapel and from 9:00 AM to service time Saturday at the church.
