

She was a Director of Client Services at Keller Crescent and retired after 35 years of service. Her church was an integral part of her life. Audrey was very active in her faith, often hosting Bible study and devotionals in her home, and teaching Sunday School for over 70 years. She was very social and loved being around people including her Red Hats group, book clubs and various civic organizations. Audrey also loved to travel and was always up for an adventure. She was a dog lover and leaves behind her companion, Addy.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Hernandez; brother, Charles M. Roberts; and husband of 48 years, Charles E. Farmer.
She is survived by her sons, Richard "Rick" Davis (Peggy), Deavron Farmer (Jeanene), and Sean Farmer (Cheryl); grandchildren, Michelle Dean (Nathan), Dr. Alex Farmer-Jucoff (Austin), Allison Farmer Pitt (Nathan) and TeAra Marret; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street in Evansville, officiated by Bob Hammonds and Harold Paulson. Entombment will follow in Alexander Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 and from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Evansville Christian Life Center or the Howell General Baptist Food Bank.
