Beatrice Queen

Beatrice loved bingo, poker and cards, tv, cooking, traveling to casinos and spending time with family and great grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Aletha Gootee; brother, Glenn Sandleben; grandmother, Izzetta Miller; and son-in-law, Jeff Meyer.

Beatrice is survived by her daughters, Tammy Meyer, Tracy Woodley (Duane); grandchildren, Randy Poodry (Taylor), Bradley Meyer (Connie), Brandon Woodley (Amy), Destiny Meyer, Travis Meyer; great grandchildren, Ashly Meyer, Serenity Poodry, Harper Tenery, Khail Canright, Dax Woodley, Cora Woodley Briley, Eli, baby on the way; and brother, Billy Gootee (Sandy).

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 23, 2023 at Alexander West Chapel with entombment to follow. Friends and family may visit on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and on Monday 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made in Beatrice's name to the American Diabetes Association.
