

She was a faithful member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Betty loved sewing and working crossword and jigsaw puzzles. She was an avid fan of IU basketball and St. Louis Cardinals baseball. Betty also enjoyed cooking and baking. She was very passionate about caring for her family and dog, Bella.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Thomas "Ed" Wallace; children, Julie Hawkins (Ron) and Mike Wallace (Brandee); grandchildren, Kyle Wallace (Brylee), Brandon Hawkins (Erin), Victoria Richardt (Dakota), Brenden White, and Payton White; great grandchildren, Bennett, Daxon, Dawson, Jayda, Jordyn, and Carter; sister, Carolyn Keefer; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1925 Volkman Rd. Evansville, IN, officiated by Pastor Kirk Horstmeyer. Burial will immediately follow the service in the church cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the church.
