

She was a lifelong member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church where she was a quilter, member of the Ladies Guild and Lutheran Women’s Missionary League. She started working at 16 at the cafeteria at Deaconess Hospital and then and year and a half later went to work at Indiana Bell as an operator until her retirement in 1983 at 58.
Beverly is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Grant; brother, Charles Hoffman and sister, Mary Taylor.
She is survived by brother, Ron (Sharon) Hoffman; son, Robert (Pamela) Grant; daughter, Sue (Bill) Deatherage; granddaughters, Becka Anderson and Liz Grant; grandson, Jeremy Deathrage and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Monday, October 19, 2015, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 100 E. Michigan, officiated by Pastor Chad Eckels, with burial in Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at Alexander North Chapel, 4200 Stringtown Road and Monday from 9:00AM to service time at the church.
