Brad was a graduate of Central High School, then studied auto body repair . He went on to own and operate Gibson Auto Body on Fulton Avenue for many years.
Throughout his life Brad enjoyed motorcycle racing, fishing with his brother, Mark and nephew, Jason. He also enjoyed attending car races in Chandler, as well as drag racing in Indianapolis. Most days you would find Brad enjoying time relaxing with his mom watching Andy of Mayberry.
He was preceded in death by his dad, Dorsie Gibson.
Brad is survived by his mother, Deloris, brother Mark Gibson (Carol), big sister, Becky Reynolds (Jack), nieces and nephews, Jason Gibson, Jennifer Hamilton (Nick) and Emily Sherfey (Brian), and many great nieces and nephews.
Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 15, 2013, at Alexander West Chapel, officiated by Brother Larry Albritton. Friends may visit Monday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
