Brittany Ann Cornwell, 27, of St. Mary’s, GA, formerly of Evansville, entered Heaven to be an angel along with her unborn child. She was born December 29, 1986, in Evansville, to Tim Cornwell and the late Patricia (Chaffin) Scott.
She attended William Henry Harrison High School and was interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant. She had a smile that would light the world and crystal blue eyes that shined her soul. She had a great love of the water and loved to fish and swim. Brittany also loved to have cook-outs at Burdette Park, going out to eat, especially to Mexican restaurants, music and dancing. She enjoyed taking long walks on the beach while finding seashells and other new things and going to yard sales and flea markets with her mother. She attended St. Anthony’s Catholic Church all throughout her life.
Brittany was preceded in death by her mother; and grandmothers, Sue Antey and Carolyn (Cornwell) Lampkins.
She is survived by her children, Eliana Ojeda, Shyheim McNeal and Kaliska Owen; father, Tim Cornwell; step-father, Jon Eric Scott, Sr.; brothers, Nicholas Chaffin, Gary (Jennifer) Winstead, Jon Eric Scott, Jr. and Nathan Cornwell; grandfather, Ralph Cornwell; and so many aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, cousins and friends it’s impossible to list them all here.
Graveside Memorial Services will be 11:00 AM Monday, August 4, 2014, at Alexander Memorial Park. Condolences may be made online at www.AlexanderWestChapel.com.
