Melissa "Brooke" Lovell, 55 of Evansville, Indiana, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023, at her home in Evansville, Indiana. She was born on April 27, 1967, in Vincennes, IN, to Cheryl B. (Dellinger) Harper.
Brooke was a beloved mother and took care of everyone. Anyone that she loved was lucky to have her care for them. She loved her family, fishing, floating in their pool, and her rock music.
She is survived by her husband, Jay Lovell; sons, Hunter Blake Lovell and Lucas "Luke" Chance Lovell; mother, Cheryl Beth (Dellinger) Harper; siblings, Stephanie "Hope" York and Leslie (Courter) Nolan Gill; beloved dog, Ted; as well as her nephew, Phoenix Timothy Dees; many aunts, uncles, cousins and several lifelong friends.
A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Pastor Zach Holdeman. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends and family may visit Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
