

Carlton was a medical technician student before being drafted in the Army. He served in the Army and was a member at Oak Hill Baptist Church. He enjoyed camping, riding bicycles, wood working, hiking, fishing, and being outdoors. He also had a love of reading history, singing, and church drama presentations.
Carlton never met a stranger. He was a friend to everyone. He loved spending time with his wife and family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant sister; and brother, Leon Moore.
Carlton is survived by his wife of 29 years, Ruth Ann Moore; son, Marc Moore of Paris, TN; daughters, Marshan Farrier (Tim) of Troy, OH and Adrienne Light (Jeremy) of Rolla, MO; grandchildren, Rian and Alaina Moore, Timothy and Emilie Farrier, Zachary and Grant Light; one niece, Jennifer Schumacher (Scott); one nephew, Joe Moore (Heidi); sister-in-law, Judy Moore; and many cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, April 12, 2013 at Oak Hill Baptist Church, 4615 Oak Hill Road, Evansville, IN 47710. Friends may visit Friday from noon to service time at the church.
