Carmen L. McAtee

She retired from Voters Registration Office at the Civic Center. Carmen loved watching Downton Abbey and she watched it more than 30 times. She was passionate about spending time with her children and grandchildren. Carmen enjoyed shopping at second hand stores.

Carmen was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard McAtee; sons, Robert and Ralph Pace; and daughter, Mary Pace.

She is survived by her sons, Charlie R. Pace (Margaret) of Evansville, IN and Brad Pace (Bev) of Chandler, IN; 17 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; sister, Sylvia Reutter of Evansville, IN; and several nieces and nephews.

A Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, small chapel, 2500 Mesker Park Dr, Evansville, IN 47720 with Brian Pace and Ryan Pace officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to service time in the small Chapel at St. Joseph Cemetery.
