

Blaine was born on November 24, 1932, in Onton, KY to Monte and Arthur Chamberlain. Blaine served in the Armed Forces, and he retired from Bristol Meyer Squibb. He loved fishing and watching westerns. He will be remembered for his steady presence, his love for those closest to him, and the many memories he shared with family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife, Eva Hall Chamberlain; his son and daughter-in-law, David and Karen Chamberlain of Evansville; his daughter, Kathy Webster of Evansville; and his grandchildren, Ryan Webster (Emily), Branden Lemmons (Krista)and Corey Chamberlain (Lenzie) and his 6 great grandchildren.
Blaine was preceded in death by his devoted first wife, Deloris Chamberlain, and his son, Doug Chamberlain.
His life was a blessing, his memory a treasure, and his soul now rests in God’s eternal peace.
Friends and family may visit on Sunday, January 11, 2026 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, Evansville, IN, and on Monday, January 12, 2026, visitation from 10:00 a.m. followed by the service at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Pastor Gene Backes.
