Charles E. Cornwell, Jr., 57, of Evansville, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020. He was born on July 5, 1963, in Evansville, to Charles Edward Cornwell, Sr. and Janet Sharon (Fulton) Cornwell. He was an over the road truck driver for many years and enjoyed watching trucking shows on TV. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Carla D. Williams. He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Mercer; granddaughter, Georgia Marie; two grandsons; sisters, Karen Stevens, Pam Manning, Dawn Marie Fox, and Tina Rene Miller; brother, Preston D. Cornwell; nieces, Bonnie Flikke, Sharon Manning, Karrie Stevens, Crystal Smith, Kelly Shelton, Kristin Cornwell, Rachael Cornwell, Leslie Cornwell; nephew, Andrew Jessie; and many cousins. Per his wishes, there will be no public services held.
