Charlotte Hankins Broeker, 60, of Evansville, passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at Deaconess Hospital.
She is survived by her parents, Norman and Catherine Williams; daughters, Catherine Medina, Nikki Pavelko, and Capitola Hankins; grandchildren, Isabella, Samantha, and Paul; brothers, Norman, Gerald, and Peter Williams; sister, Bernie Jones; nieces and nephews.
