Christopher M. Silvers

Christopher M. Silvers, 34, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, July 24, 2021 at his home. Christopher was born August 26, 1986 in Evansville, Indiana to Susan Silvers and Carlos Mojica. Chris graduated from Apollo High School in Owensboro, KY. He attended the University of Louisville and worked at Berry Plastics and UPS. He had a love for music and was an extremely talented guitar player. Chris enjoyed playing basketball and was an avid Louisville Cardinals fan. Chris is survived by his mother, Susan Silvers Huff; father, Carlos Mojica; step-father, Bobby Huff; grandmother, Patricia Simmons; sisters, Megan Peak (Jarred) and Jennifer Huff; and brother, Matthew Huff (Dani). A funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, July 30, 2021 at Alexander East Chapel with a burial to follow at Alexander Memorial Park. Friends may visit Friday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children.
