Obituary of Connie J Dillon
Connie J. Dillon, age 72, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born March 26, 1947 in Cannelton, In. to Russell and Dorothy (Brock) Powers. She was a loving wife, mother and sister who spent most of her days tending to the needs of her family. She enjoyed fishing, and generally was the first on the boat to hook a fish. She loved going to yard sales and thrift stores with her sister Judy. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 yrs, Terry Dillon. Sons Phillip Dillon and Russell (Kristi) Dillon and daughter, Terri (David) Brickey. Four grandsons that were her pride and joy, Blake and Spencer Dillon and Issac and Bryce Harter. Her brother Leonard Badger and her best friend and sister Judy (Larry) Buckles. She was proceeded in death by her son Mark Dillon, her parents Russell and Dorothy Powers, a sister and a brother. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday November 15, 2019 at Alexander East Chapel with burial to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
