Conrad Keith Smith

Conrad Keith Smith, 79, of Evansville, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Linda E. White Hospice House. He was born on March 28, 1942 in Evansville to Merrill and Loraine (Conrad) Smith. Keith retired from CSX Railroad after 37 years. He was an avid outdoorsman, fisherman, and was a well-respected waterfowl hunter in the Tri-State area. He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Lori Dale in 2013. Keith is survived by his wife, Annette (Johnson) Smith; sons, Chris (Kalah) and Craig (Jill) Smith; six grandchildren; sister, Bonnie McClure; stepsons, David, Joseph, Tim, and Jason McMurray; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Deaconess Midtown and Linda E. White Hospice House for their wonderful care. Per Keith’s wishes, no services will be held.
