Cuc Ngoc Diep

She enjoyed needlepoint, knitting and gardening. She loved to watch comedies, action and Animal Planet.

Cuc was preceded in death by her husband, Chuong Binh Tran; sisters, Hoa Ngoc Diep, Anh Ngoc Diep and Lan Ngoc Diep.

She is survived by her daughters, Anh Thi Tran (Anthony Lee) and Di Thi Tran, both of Vietnam; son, Chuc Van Tran (Betty) of Evansville; daughter, Huong Thi Tran (Phuoc Ho) of Evansville; brother, Tuan Bao Diep of Taiwan, China; grandchildren, Hien Huynh Nguyen, Linh Hoang Thi Nguyen, Hang Thi Bich Nguyen (Daniel Bonke), Hieu Trung Ho (Vân Ly), Crystal Renee Tran, Stephanie Ngoc Swanson (Nathan) and Chuc Van Tran, Jr.; ten grandchildren in Vietnam; and 25 great-grandchildren, four in the United States and 21 in Vietnam.

Services will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 5, 2012, at Alexander East Chapel, officiated by Rev. Donald Swanson, with burial in Park Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
