She was a member of St Mathews Episcopal Church, she loved to shop and go to yard sales.
Cynthia is survived by her husband Michael Mann; sister-in-law Dawna Kneer (Stephen); Cousin Delbert Houghton (Laurell); and several nieces and nephews.
