So honored to have you as a brother-in-law. You always made me laugh and feel welcomed. You impacted so many people and poured your heart out to all of us. Too bad there aren’t more David Nix’s in this world.

I’ll be cheering the Titans for ya’ and be thinking of you when Mike Keith yells “Touchdown....TITANS!”. Love you David!

The memory of David I have that impacted me the most was from when I moved to Hedges elementary from West in 5th grade. I had moved schools many times over the years [I was a custody case kid shuffled back and forth between parents]. David was in my class and one of the only kids who knew and recgonized me and actually acknowledged it. It was comforting to see a familiar and friendly face at that young age. Later in high school going from MTV and seeing him play ball or when I was at Castle and MTV would play there, if we ran into each other he'd always take a moment to say hi and catch up. God always takes the good ones too soon.

I've worked with David for a few years and he was the best boss I have ever had and a dear friend. He brought so much joy to everyone around him and had the biggest heart. David will be greatly missed but will forever remain in our hearts and in our memories.
