Debra Ann Quinn, 60, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, September 18. She will be sadly missed by husband, Paul Quinn; daughter, Samantha Taylor; son, Jon Kuhr; stepchildren, Jeff and Sarah; grandchildren; great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
