He retired from Small and Schlosky. He was a member of the VFW#1114 and the Owls. Dennis did carpet binding for hospitals and schools, he was one of the only carpet adjusters in the area.
Dennis was preceded in death by two brothers, Sherman and Gilbert Williamson.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Doris; his daughters, Sherry Williamson, Denise Luebbe, and Diana Timson; son, Jerry Williamson; grandchildren, Clara, Debra, Dylan, Timothy, Desiree, Mary, Stephen, Amy, Rachel, Nichole, and Sumer; ten great-grandchildren; brother, David Williamson; sisters, Delores Simmons, Carolyn Gamblin, Cynthia Anderson, and Rebecca Clements; and nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 9:00 AM, Friday May 4, 2012 at Alexander North Chapel, officiated by Father Ted Tempel with burial at Sunset Memorial Park. Friends may visit Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
