Deryle D. Miles

Deryle was an engineer working for Henderson Union and with the military. He had a passion for helping others, he was adventurous and bright. Deryle was an avid golfer and was known to play golf in the snow. A fond memory was him driving his red convertible with the wood paneling around with the top down even in the winter. He was a friend of Bill W.

Deryle was preceded in death by his daughter, Sarah Miles; mother, Ida Faye Miles; mother, Merle Allen; and father, Dewey Miles.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Carmen Konochowa-Miles; son, Phillip Miles (Miriam); sisters, Nerissa Sanborn (Sandy), Joan Stalvey (Wayne); nieces, and nephews; and his fur baby Rascal.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 30, 2023 at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 W. Illinois Street, Evansville, IN. Friends and family may visit at the funeral home on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
